Licensing
Buyer represents that it holds active licenses for each line of authority and state in which it purchases leads.
Compliance
Buyer will comply with the TCPA, state telemarketing laws, DNC rules, CMS marketing rules for Medicare, and carrier requirements.
Use of leads
Leads are for buyer's own use and may not be resold or shared without written permission.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within the return window for approved reasons. Decisions are final.
Payment
Buyer authorizes charges to its card on file for wallet funding and auto-recharge.
